By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the c555 platform (available at c555.im and any associated mobile applications or subdomains, collectively the "Platform"), you ("Player", "you", or "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotion terms published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and c555 ("c555", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

c555 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, driver's licence, or other government-issued identification. Age verification may also include secondary checks via third-party verification services.

To access real-money services on c555, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.

One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one c555 account. c555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and select cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC, and ETH.

Deposits. All deposits are credited to your c555 account in PKR at the time of receipt. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. c555 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges outside of our control.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that has been used to fund your c555 account, or to a verified method on file. c555 reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit source where technically possible. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Processing Times. c555 targets the following processing timelines, though these are not guaranteed and may be affected by verification requirements, payment provider availability, or exceptional volume:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa withdrawals: 5–30 minutes from approval
• Raast / 1LINK transfers: within 1–2 hours from approval
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank transfers: within standard banking hours, typically same business day
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals: after one on-chain confirmation

Currency. All real-money balances on c555 are denominated in PKR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit confirmation. c555 does not guarantee any particular exchange rate.

c555 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Time Limits. Bonuses expire if not claimed or if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without notice.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over millions of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Sports Betting. All sports bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. c555 reserves the right to restrict maximum bet amounts on any market without notice. In-play (live) betting odds are subject to change in real time; the odds confirmed at the point your bet is accepted are binding.

Void Bets. c555 reserves the right to void any bet or casino round where a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing error is identified. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's c555 balance.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on the Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be updated from time to time at c555's sole discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the c555 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to use your account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or other non-human means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or betting markets for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements;
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity;
• Placing bets in collusion with other players or with knowledge of non-public information that affects the outcome of a sporting event;
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction through your payment provider without first raising the matter with c555 support;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

c555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• At the request of a regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players;

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms or fraud, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any content or software on the Platform.

The c555 name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of c555. Unauthorised use of any c555 trademark or branding is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, c555 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Service interruptions, Platform downtime, or technical failures;
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.

c555's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit c555's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data in connection with your use of the c555 Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision was made.
